Principal's Message
Dear Ellen Feickert Elementary Families,
Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! I am Catherine Brink, the proud Principal of Ellen Feickert Elementary, and I am truly excited to begin this school year with you. Whether you are a returning family or new to our school community, we are thrilled to have you with us as we embark on another year of growth, learning, and connection.
I’d like to share some important information and upcoming events to help you get the year off to a strong start:
Monday, August 11th – Sweet Treat Meet & Greet
Come join us from 5:30–6:30 PM in the quad to meet your child’s teacher and welcome our new Vice Principal, Shannon Young. Enjoy a sweet treat, connect with our PTO, and consider signing up to get involved this year!
This will also kick off our paper drive—if you would like to donate white copy paper to your child’s classroom, feel free to bring it with you that evening or anytime during the first week of school.
Tuesday, August 19th – Back to School Night
We’re excited to invite families to our annual Back to School Night!

Be on the lookout for our first school newsletter in September, where I’ll share school highlights, upcoming events, and important updates. Staying connected is key, and we’ll continue to keep you informed through newsletters, emails, and our school communication app.
Thank you for being such an important part of our Ellen Feickert Elementary community. Let’s work together to make this school year a positive, engaging, and memorable experience for all our students. I can’t wait to see the amazing things we’ll accomplish together in 2025–2026!
With gratitude,
